Leesburg Restaurant Inspections: Violations At 4 Locations
The Loudoun County Health Department found several violations during recent inspections in Leesburg, Purcellville, and Lovettsville.
LEESBURG, VA — Officials from the Loudoun County Health Department inspected multiple restaurants across the Leesburg area from July 14 to July 21, including locations in Purcellville and Lovettsville.
Both of the recorded violations came from follow-up inspections, the health department said.As coronavirus restrictions continue to loosen around the state, health inspectors are returning to conduct restaurant inspections in person. However, some visits, such as those for training purposes, can be conducted virtually.
Violations at restaurants typically focus on factors that can contribute to food contamination. The local health department also performs a re-inspection to ensure that possible violations have been corrected.
