The audio-visual session is designed for children in grades 3-5, but all ages are welcome. The presentation will begin with an interactive slide show filled with amazing animal facts, followed by a behind-the-scenes look at how a book can grow from an idea to a published product.
Dunlap loves spending her days with her students at Sycolin Creek and has worked for Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) for 18 years. A devoted animal lover, she lives in Northern Virginia with her husband, two children, two dogs and three cats. “As you can see,” said Dunlap, “the people in our family are outnumbered by the pets...but we all like it that way.”
