Man Leads Cops on Chase Through Leesburg: Police
He was pulled over for a violation, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office, but then decided to take off. His decision was wrong.

LEESBURG, VA — A man was pulled over by police early Saturday morning for failing to give way to an emergency vehicle. But then he decided to bolt, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
And bolt he did, through the streets of town — police chasing him all the while — before bailing out of his still-moving vehicle in the area of Marshall Drive and Ariel Drive.
He fled on foot before being nabbed.

It's easy to see why he fled:
Ervin Bland, Jr., 37, was charged with felony driving under the influence (fourth time in 10 years), felony eluding police, driving on a revoked driver's license and a summons for failing to move over.

He's being held without bond.
