New Kuhn Jet Center Now Open At Leesburg Executive Airport
The Kuhn Jet Center, which will provide fuel, maintenance, and courtesy cars for private aircraft, is now open at the Leesburg Airport.
LEESBURG, VA — The Kuhn Jet Center, which will offer fuel, maintenance, concierge, and courtesy cars for private pilots and passengers, is now open for business at the Leesburg Executive Airport.
The Kuhn family already operates KUHN Aviation, an aircraft management business based at the Leesburg airport. The company opened its own state of the art hangar at the airport in 2020.
Scott Kuhn is the president and CEO of the Kuhn Jet Center and Kuhn Aviation. "We are excited to open the Kuhn Jet Center to serve our growing community with more options a higher level of service, and fair pricing," he said in a news release. "We look forward to our continuing partnership with the Town of Leesburg and being part of the future of this thriving airport."

The Leesburg Executive Airport is the second-busiest general aviation facility in the state, according to the town's government.
While commercial airports like Dulles International and Reagan National may be more well-known, general aviation airports are more common. There are 57 general use airports in Virginia and 9 commercial airports.

While commercial airports are limited to large planes owned by companies for commercial flights, general aviation airports can host private single-engine planes, jets, news helicopters, and blimps.
