Nova Medical & Urgent Care Center Joins Inova Medical Group (IMG)

Inova Medical Group (IMG) this week announced that it has acquired Nova Medical & Urgent Care Center, the largest integrative primary care practice in Northern Virginia. IMG is a network of more than 400 primary and specialty care physicians providing expert medical care to patients throughout the Washington, DC, metropolitan region.

The acquisition of Nova Medical’s practice locations in Ashburn, Sterling, Leesburg and Gainesville expands IMG’s comprehensive care and services to communities throughout Inova’s western service region, including Loudoun County and the Dulles corridor. In addition, it gives residents direct access to all of Inova’s top-tier healthcare services in a local setting.

Founded by Grace Keenan, MD, in 1988, Nova Medical includes family and internal medicine, dermatology, endocrinology, naturopathic medicine, acupuncture, nutritional counseling, diabetes education and wellness coaching. Fitness, massage, therapeutic bodywork and aesthetic services are available at The Medical Spa at Nova.
