Parking Rates To Resume In Downtown Leesburg Beginning March 1, 2021
This follows a year-long halt to paid parking.

Leesburg, VA (February 17, 2021) ā Following a year-long halt to paid parking in downtown Leesburg, the program will resume on March 1, 2021.

In order to support the downtown businesses, as well as to avoid having people touch the parking meters and payment kiosks, all downtown parking was made free due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Downtown Leesburg provides several parking options, which includes approximately 70 metered on-street parking spaces and over 300 spaces at the Town Hall garage.

The first two hours in the Town Hall Garage will continue to be free. Each additional hour (or portion of an hour) is $1.00, with a $10.00 maximum daily. Drivers should keep their tickets with them after entering the garage and pay at one of the kiosks before exiting. All three kiosks accept credit and debit card payments. The kiosk by the elevator also accepts cash payments.
