Plane Flips After Landing at Leesburg Executive Airport

No one was seriously injured Sunday when a Cessna 182 went off the runway after landing.

LEESBURG, VA — A small airplane with four people aboard flipped early Sunday night at Leesburg Executive Airport after going off the runway upon landing, according to town officials.

A female passenger suffered minor injuries and was treated and released from an area hospital.

While the plane, a Cessna 182, was being righted, a fuel leak was found and contained.
