PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
Three Western Loudoun County Methodist Churches are combining efforts to host a Stop Hunger Now meal packaging event. On Saturday April 2, 8:00am-12:00pm, at Round Hill Elementary in Round Hill, the community will be working together to package 40,000 nutritious meals to be transported to the worlds most distressed areas. Stop Hunger Now is a fun, hands-on way to make a difference and impact the lives of those suffering from hunger. This manpowe-intensive single day project is an outstanding public service opportunity for individuals, church groups, youth organizations, or other community organizations to get involved in a major service project that is already planned and organized on your behalf. Volunteers and funds are needed to pay for the preparation, ingredients and distribution of these meals. Please sign up to donate or work at http://events.stophungernow.org/roundhill2016.
