Purcellville Police Ask Public To Rate Their Performance

The Purcellville police are surveying residents and business owners on quality of life issues and the department's effectiveness.

PURCELLVILLE, VA — The Purcellville Police Department is surveying residents and business owners on crime and quality of life issues in the town, as well as opinions about the police department's effectiveness. The survey should take five to 10 minutes to complete.

The department said the survey's results will guide the department as it aims to provide more responsive, cost efficient and professional police services.

The survey is available online via survey monkey and can be accessed on the town's website. Hard copy survey forms are available at the Purcellville Police Station, 125 Hirst Road, Suite 7A, and at the Purcellville Town Hall at 221 South Nursery Ave. Police officers will have copies of the survey available to hand out during their foot patrols, business checks and community outreach events.
