Registration Open for Fresh Air Kids at Rust Sanctuary

Designed for children ages five and younger with their parents or caregivers.

Release:

LEESBURG, VA—Audubon Naturalist Society (ANS) launched a popular new preschool program at Rust Nature Sanctuary last spring called Fresh Air Kids. Fresh Air Kids is back again this fall to Rust.

Designed for children ages five and younger with their parents or caregivers, the Fresh Air Kids series builds on children’s inherent curiosity about the world by using hands-on, nature-based activities to foster social, physical and academic skills development. Classes meet on Fridays for 8 weeks and take place entirely outdoors on the 68-acre Rust Nature Sanctuary. Classes include crafts, songs, books and always a hike.
