Road Rage: Gun Flashed At Driver In Leesburg

A man drove up beside a driver and yelled at him before flashing a gun Sunday afternoon in the area of Lansdowne Boulevard/Route 7: LCSO

LEESBURG, VA — A man drove up beside a driver and yelled at him before flashing a gun Sunday afternoon in the area of Lansdowne Boulevard/Route 7, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. Kenneth L. Stolipher, Jr., of West Virginia was located and issued a summons for brandishing a firearm, as well as possession of marijuana.

Shortly before 4 p.m., according to the victim, the driver erupted for whatever reason before driving away.
