Robbery, Assault Suspects Sought In Purcellville: LCSO

Police said Tuesday they need the public's help in identifying two men who assaulted and robbed another man Friday in Purcellville: LCSO.

PURCELLVILLE, VA—Police said Tuesday they need the public's help in identifying two men who assaulted and then robbed another man last Friday night in the 400 block of East Main Street, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

The suspects are described as black, around 5-5 and in their mid to late 20s. They were wearing dark hooded sweatshirts "up above their faces," and also carrying backpacks.

Around 10 p.m., the victim was walking in the aforementioned area when the two men approached him before assaulting him. He was treated at a nearby hospital for injuries not considered life threatening. Anyone with information is urged to call police at 703-777-1021.
