Teen Film Contest Entry Deadline Nears

Loudoun County Public Library seeks the best young filmmaker in the county.

Teenagers are invited to submit their short videos by July 22 for Loudoun County Public Library’s 7th annual Film Competition. Winners will be announced during the Film Finale in August.

All Loudoun teens are eligible. Entries must be original and no more than three minutes. Participants should upload their video to YouTube and complete and entry form online.

The Film Finale is set for 2 p.m. Aug. 5 at the Cascades Library, 21030 Whitfield Place, in Sterling.

First, second and third place winners receive cash prizes.
