Titling Company Hosts Distressed Homeowner Info Session
eTitle Agency hosts experienced bank negotiator, real estate lawyer and real estate agent to discuss pros and cons of short sale, other options
A Leesburg titling company is hosting an informational session for distressed homeowners late on mortgage payments.
eTitle Agency, located at 803 Sycolin Rd. SE, will host a real estate agent, a real estate transaction attorney and a negotiator who all have experience in short sale transactions on Feb. 17 at 7 p.m.
The three experts will discuss the benefits and risks of short sales, foreclosure, deficiency judgments, bankruptcy, credit, loan modification, refinancing and real estate marketing.

The seminar is only open to distressed homeowners, who need to RSVP by Feb. 14.
Light refreshments will be served, and there will be adult-supervised activities for children.
