Town Of Leesburg Extends Deadline For Phase Two Of Cares Act Business Infusion Grants
The online application process will remain open through Friday, Oct. 16, 2020.

Leesburg, VA (September 24, 2020) ā The Town of Leesburg has extended the deadline for the second phase of business relief grants, using federal CARES Act funding. The online portal will remain open and applications will continue to be accepted until Friday, October 16.

To date, 176 businesses have been awarded grants through Phase 1 of the program. For Phase 2 of the grant program, the eligibility criteria includes the following:
ā¢ Lowering the revenue loss threshold from 25% to 15%.
ā¢ Changing the grant award tiers to $1,000; $2,000; $5,000; $10,000; and $15,000.
ā¢ Expanding the annual revenue criteria to include businesses with as little as $2,500 to as much as $2.5 million in annual revenue.
