Two Sought For Stealing Gun In Hamilton: Police

HAMILTON, VA—Authorities are looking for two people who ambushed a gun seller and stole his weapon Tuesday night in the 20 block of Sydnor Street, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. The suspects fled in a black car.

One is described as black, in his late 30s, 6-1, with a beard and short haircut. He was wearing a grey and yellow sweatshirt with grey sweatpants. The other suspect was described as white and possibly high school aged. He was wearing a white shirt with an unidentified logo and blue jeans.

Shortly after 9:30 p.m., the victim said he was trying to sell a handgun in front of his home when two males arrived, grabbed him and stole his weapon before fleeing. Anyone with information is urged to call police at 703-777-0407.
