Ulta Beauty Shoplifting Suspect Sought By Leesburg Police

LEESBURG, VA — Police are seeking an unidentified woman who allegedly shoplifted an item from an Ulta Beauty store located on Village Market Boulevard in Leesburg. Police said the incident took place on Sept. 21.
