Catholic Charities and Loudoun Cares have partnered to provide utility payment support to Loudoun County residents who have experienced economic hardship as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Residential customers of the county and the seven incorporated towns may submit a request for utility assistance through the COVID-19 Emergency Fund and Helpline. Utilities include residential electric, water, gas and propane. Assistance is capped at $1,750 per household, and households may request assistance for more than one utility. This assistance can be used to pay past due utility payments and current-month utility payments.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Loudoun County residential household that was current on residential utility payments as of March 31, 2020
- Current utility customer
- Current household income 80% Area Median Income (AMI) or less
- Can demonstrate economic hardship as a result of COVID-19 (unemployment, lowered income, etc.)
