The keynote speaker will be Gen. Dennis Via, retired, and a closing performance by the West Point Glee Club.After the event, refreshments and free first-floor tours will be available. Military and World War vehicles will be on display. It's free and open to the public, and RSVP is not required. It'll be held rain or shine.
