Village at Leesburg Provides Free Children's Entertainment
Local talents are featured on the first and third Tuesday of the month.
About 30 families were entertained by Mr. Knick Knack! on Tuesday, May 1, during a new bi-weekly kids series available at Village at Leesburg.
VAL’s Pals, which launched on March 14, provides free entertainment, activities and giveaways for everyone who attends. The concert kicked off just two weeks ago, according to operations manager Tonia Chagnon.
“It’s just something for parents that are home with their kids during the day to get out and do something fun,” she said.

VAL’s Pals takes place on the first and third Tuesday of the month. The event caters to toddlers and pre-school aged children and their parents.
Entertainers include Mr. Knick Knack!, Tony Martirano and Crooked Landing, as well as Mister Don who will perform on Tuesday, May 15, beginning at 11 a.m.

“Each month brings a new and exciting experience,” Chagnon said. “The audience is getting bigger and bigger every week so that is definitely an A-plus sign.”
