Witnesses Sought in Deadly Crash in Arcola: Police
Two were killed last month after a vehicle smashed into a tree, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. The driver survived.

ARCOLA, VA — Witnesses are sought in a vehicle crash that killed two people last month in the area of Evergreen Mills Road and Stone Springs Boulevard, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
Police say their investigation determined three vehicles were in the area around the time the vehicle smashed into a tree, and are asking those drivers and other potential witnesses to call 703-737-8308.
The two passengers killed were identified as Kyle W. Youngblook, 29, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., and Cody R. Cooling, 27, of Washington.

The driver, David G. Brown, 25, of Ashburn, was charged with reckless driving.
Shortly before 1:30 a.m. on Jan. 22, a vehicle was spotted speeding on Old Ox Road near Dulles West Boulevard. The officer attempted a traffic stop but the vehicle ran a red light before crashing into a tree.

The driver escaped before the vehicle became engulfed in flames.
