Woman Caught With Stolen Credit Cards, IDs In Leesburg: LCSO

A Chantilly woman who paid a cab driver with bogus credit card information in Leesburg was found to have stolen credit cards and IDs: LCSO

LEESBURG, VA—A woman who paid a cab driver with bogus credit card information Monday in the area of Taylorstown Road and Barnhouse Place was found to have stolen credit cards and IDs, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

Melanie M. Neal, 23, of Chantilly, was arrested and charged with credit card theft, credit card fraud, petit larceny, defrauding a cab driver and hindering. Shortly before 8 p.m., police arrived in the aforementioned area for a reported fraudulent credit card usage. That led to the other charges.
