Lorton Rainfall May 7-13, 2012

Last week we completed our longest string of rainy days (10 in a row) since last June.  Over those 10 days, Lorton received 1.62” of rain, though we still have a shortfall for the year of nearly 6 inches and remain abnormally dry.  That said, my lawn grew spectacularly and definitely needed mowing over the fine weekend.  Daily totals for the previous week were:
