County Seeks Owners of Mystery Bichon Frise
Male dog was found Tuesday in Springfield area, in need of lots of TLC.

Fairfax County has a mystery dog they are treating after it was found on the loose and in need of a lot of TLC. Now they are hoping to find his owners.
On Tuesday, Fairfax County Animal Control Officers responded to a report of a small dog running loose in the area of Rolling Road and Delong Drive.
With the assistance of several residents, officers captured the dog, transported him to a veterinarian, and treated him for a variety of ailments. (See before and after grooming photos above.)

The dog is a male Bichon Frise, around 3 years old. The animal is described as lovable, but afraid.
