All 50 states are offering First Day Hikes in state parks across the country to promote health lifestyles and year round recreation at America's State Parks

Join Mason Neck State Park staff for one or all three First Day Hikes for a healthy start on New Year's Day 2013 -

1st - 9:00 am   From the Visitor Center - Three mile hike to First Blind on Eagle Spur Trail

2nd - 11:00 am    From the picnic area -  all Three Blinds a 10K hike on multiple trails at a brisk pace.

3rd - 3:00 pm   From the picnic area trail head for the BayViewTrail - 1 mile leisurely hike to the Third Blind
