Discussion of BRAC, especially its impact on traffic--new Fort Belvoir Commandant Colonel John J. Strycula (Garrison Commander) and Col. Mark Moffatt (the Fort Belvoir deputy garrison commander for transformation and BRAC) will speak, and Supervisor Gerry Hyland will offer his views, and also provide an update on other issues of importance to Neck residents. The annual election of MNCA Board members will also be held.
