The next meeting of the South County Federation will take place this coming Tuesday, April 5 at 7:30 PM in the South County Secondary School media center.
In addition to the regular SCF business and updates from our elected officials on the attached agenda, there will be two special presentations.

The first will examine the Helicopter Traffic in South County, which seems to have increased in recent years. Presenting will be Mr. Bob Laser, FAA Operations Washington Tower, Colonel Scott Sanborn, Commander US Army Air Operations Group / Davison Airfield, and First Lt. Andy Hill, Helicopter Commander / Fairfax County Helicopter Division.

The second presentation will examine the upcoming process of reapportioning the Magisterial Districts in Fairfax following last year’s census, including discussion of the possibility of creating a new 10th Magisterial District centered in South County. Paul Krizek, Supervisor. Hyland’s appointee to the County’s redistricting committee will be the presenter.
