Gripped by Fear at Night? Remember Your Destiny.

Ernestine Dail uses fear, accusations, friendship, and love to demonstrate that sometimes obstacles in life promote identity.

Baltimore, Maryland, June 25, 2013 - In her book A Voice in the Night (ISBN 9781612860992), Ernestine Dail tackles the issues of fear, accusations, friendship and love. Dail shows how love prevails and helps Brian, Josh, and Thomas reach their destiny. A Voice in the Night is a story about three boys who visit Blackstone Cabin in the mountains for fishing and fun. One night they find themselves in the midst of a raging storm with a hooded stranger frantically knocking at their door. They desperately wished that Josh's father, Mr. Joplin, would return from town. Will he return in time to save the boys from danger, or will the boys open the door to the frantic knocking of the stranger outside?

Brian Bradshaw, Josh Joplin, and Thomas Templeton decided to visit Blackstone Cabin in the mountains for fishing and fun, not knowing the danger that awaited them. Days before the trip, Thomas found out that he was accused of a crime that he did not commit and disappeared.

Alone and afraid, Thomas went to Blackstone Cabin and waited for Brian and Josh to arrive. While there they were threatened by an ominous, violent storm and a hooded stranger frantically knocking at their door yelling, “Open the door! Open the door!”

Ernestine Dail is a high school teacher and lives in Maryland. She has taught school for several years and enjoys the wonders and amazements she finds in being around children. The inspiration for writing her book comes from being surrounded with children and knowing their joys, likes, and dislikes. She is the author of two books—Dimples DoGood, and her latest, A Voice in the Night.
