Each year, in celebration of National Pancake Day, International House of Pancakes (IHOP) offers a FREE short stack of pancakes all day long to guests visiting participating restaurants throughout the Washington, DC area. Each year, LLS volunteers and IHOP staff come together to collect donations for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's mission in lieu of payment for pancakes.
