The Workhouse is gearing up for another great quarter, and we’ve got some new workshops and ways to save for Fall 2013/Winter 2014 classes! Explore healthy cooking options, experience ceramics workshops taught by master artists, learn new glass blowing techniques or test your photography skills at the Workhouse!
- “Healthy Cooking Pass” Available. There is now a “Healthy Cooking Pass” available for the popular Healthy Cooking workshops. Each workshop is $65 members, $75 for nonmembers; with the pass, all four workshops are just $220 for members and $260 for nonmembers. The pass allows you to get the complete healthy cooking tutorial as well as save!
- Ceramics Guest Workshops. The Workhouse Ceramics program is excited to offer a series of workshops by master ceramic artists. The workshops available are:
· Color in Clay, Curtis Benzle. Friday October 25-Sunday October 27, 2013. $190 for members, $200 for nonmembers.
· Steve Loucks & Lynette Hesser. Friday April 25-Sunday April 27, 2014. $220.

· SEAfest Symposium. Thursday October 9-Sunday October 12, 2014. $300 for lectures/workshop. $75 for lectures only.
- Glass Blowing Lecture Series Pass Available. A Lecture Series Pass is now available to all Advanced Glass Blowing Technique workshops for $420 for members, $490 for nonmembers. Refine your skills and learn from the best!
- Site Specific Fine Art Photography Workshop Series. Take your camera on the road for a photographic adventure, discovering new perspectives alongside seasoned fine art photographer Craig Rudlin. Designed for intermediate to advanced photographers, these weekend trips adapt each itinerary to help you create fine art photographic images. The series combines discussions on technique and edit-and-critique sessions with photo shoots in the field. Every month a new site is chosen. This September, travel to the Maximum Security Prison at Laurel Hill! Photo shoot Sunday, September 8, 8am-5:30pm, Discussion/Processing Sunday, September 22, 9am-4pm. $200.
