2 Shot In Manassas On Wednesday, Suspect At Large: Police

Police in Prince William County are looking for a suspect who shot two men in Manassas on Wednesday afternoon.

MANASSAS, VA — Two men suffered gunshot wounds in Manassas on Wednesday afternoon, police said. Authorities said the victims, who are both adult males, were awake and conscious after the shooting.

The Prince William County Police Department said a shooting occurred in the 7500 block of Helmsdale Place around 3 p.m. on Wednesday. Authorities have not identified a suspect in the shooting.

The two victims were taken to an area hospital before police arrived on the scene.
