• DowntownDC Holiday Market Opens Nov. 13, a Week Earlier (deeparrival.com) — Holiday plans for Bull Run residents now include an expanded Bull Run Festival of Lights, which Axios says features new displays this year. If you’re heading into D.C., the Downtown Holiday Market on F Street opens earlier than usual on November 13, alongside other early-starting events like the CityCenterDC tree lighting and Frosted at Franklin Park.
