PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, VA — Robbers stole cash and merchandise from a pair of 7-Elevens in Manassas and Woodbridge on Friday and Saturday, police said. Authorities did not say if the robberies were related, but they are still looking for suspects.

Police described the suspect as a Hispanic man in his early 20s. He had black medium-length hair and a scraggly beard. At the time of the robbery, he was wearing a black t-shirt, a multi-colored lanyard around his neck, Nike shorts over black leggings, low-tip Nike sneakers, and carrying a black backpack.

The second robbery occurred just before 2 a.m. on Saturday morning. At that time, officers responded to the 7-Eleven at 5041 Prince William Parkway in Woodbridge.

An employee told police that an unknown man with a gun entered the store and walked behind the counter. The suspect used the gun to strike the employee multiple times, police said.

The man then took money out of the register before leaving the area in a black sedan. The employee received treatment at a local hospital for minor injuries, authorities said.

Police described the suspect as a man last seen wearing a white hooded sweatshirt under a black jacket, black pants, and black/white sneakers.
