7-Year-Old Girl Sexually Assaulted By Kin In Manassas: Police
A man sexually assaulted a 7-year-old girl who also was a family member at a residence in the Manassas area: Prince William County Police.
MANASSAS, VA—A man sexually assaulted a 7-year-old girl who also was a family member at a residence in the Manassas area, according to Prince William County Police. Jorge Ponce Martinez, 33, of the 9500 block of Salem Street in Manassas, was charged with aggravated sexual battery and indecent liberties with a child.
Police began investigating the matter April 10 and found that the girl had been inappropriately touched by Martinez between June and September 2017. She disclosed the incident to a school teacher, who contacted authorities.
