• Bluebird Care Mobility LLC DBA Bluebird Medical Transport Services (virginia.gov) — Manassas residents could soon see expanded non-emergency medical and passenger transportation if Bluebird Medical Transport's state application is approved. The company seeks permission to operate across Manassas, Manassas Park, and several Northern Virginia localities, including Medicaid transport statewide. Anyone wishing to formally protest the application must mail a written protest to DMV by September 8, 2026.
