The Bristow-based Uncle Drew and the Scoundrels is back again with their latest album Where Ya Wanna Go: The Road Trip Album, dropping on September 11, 2026.
Fans are invited to join Uncle Drew and the Scoundrels on September 12 as they celebrate the release of this new Americana album with an evening of live music, stories behind the songs, and the community that has supported this journey from the very beginning. The event will take place at The Winery at Sunshine Ridge on Lake Manassas.
The album features original songs including “Seconds” which just spent its 42nd week on the Independent Artist Chart in the United Kingdom. Where Ya Wanna Go: The Road Trip Album was produced by Eddie Kilgallon (Ricochet, Montgomery Gentry) and recorded at both Beard Music Group and GEM Music Group in Nashville, Tennessee. The album features Nashville legends Eddie K on keyboards and vocals, Johnny Garcia on guitar, Michael Lusk on bass, and William Ellison on drums and percussion. Kilgallon, Lusk, and Ellison are perhaps best known for their work with Montgomery Gentry while Garcia plays lead guitar for both Garth Brooks and Tricia Yearwood.
The album release event will include exclusive first listens to tracks from the new album. Uncle Drew and the Scoundrels will also have a few surprises up their sleeves - you won’t want to miss it!
