• Man sentenced to nearly 22 years in fatal stabbing outside Manassas Dunkin' Donuts (insidenova.com) — A man has been sentenced to nearly 22 years in prison for fatally stabbing 25-year-old Todd Ehardt outside a Dunkin' Donuts on Sudley Road in the Manassas area in 2023. Prince William County prosecutors say the sentence, near the top of state guidelines, reflects the seriousness of the attack and aims to bring some accountability and closure to Ehardt's family and the wider community.
   

• Summers rushes for 3 TDs as Osbourn tops Potomac (princewilliamtimes.com) — Osbourn High's football team gave Manassas fans plenty to cheer about with a 33-12 home win over Potomac, powered by three rushing touchdowns from transfer running back Tyree Summers. First-year head coach Mike Copeland praised Manassas City's support as the Eagles improved to 3-1 and look ahead to district play after their upcoming bye week.
