Armed Masked Men Sought For Home Burglary In Manassas: Police
Three unknown masked men with guns burst into a home early Friday in Manassas, assaulted one person and fled with a safe: PWC Police.
MANASSAS, VA—Three unknown masked men with guns burst into a home early Friday in the 14400 block of Independent Hill Drive, assaulted one person and fled with a safe, according to Prince William County Police. They're described as black and wearing all-dark clothing.
Shortly before 1:30 a.m., police arrived at the scene for a reported burglary-in-progress. The three men forced their way into the home and demanded money, assaulting one resident. Besides the safe, they took other property before leaving.
The safe contained an undisclosed amount of money. Minor injuries were reported. The incident doesn't appear to be random, and anyone with information is urged to call police at 703-792-6500.
