Armed Robber Wanted For Foiled Hold-Up in Manassas: Police

MANASSAS, VA — A masked man armed with a gun tried to rob a Subway at 8017 Centreville Road Saturday night but was unable open the cash register and fled when another customer entered the store, according to Prince William County Police.

Wanted is a man described as of unknown race, between 5-9 and 6-0 with a medium build who was last seen wearing a black mask, a black jacket and gloves.

Shortly before 8 p.m., officers responded to the scene after an employee ran out the back door and contacted them.
