Author Michael Pocalyko to Speak in Manassas

Write by the Rails, the Prince William Chapter of the Virginia Writers Club, meets Thurs., Jan. 16 at 7 p.m. at Trinity Episcopal Church, 9325 West St. in Old Town Manassas.

After a brief business meeting, guest Michael N. Pocalyko, CEO of Monticello Capital, a boutique investment bank and author of The Navigator [Forge Books, Macmillan Publishers] will speak on  “The Navigator in the Public Mind: Literary Thrills in Current Events and in Washington.”

Pocalyko has been a combat aviator, Navy commander, political candidate, venture capitalist, and global corporate chair. He has degrees from Muhlenberg, Harvard, and Wharton, and lives in northern Virginia and the Shenandoah Valley.

The meeting is free and open to the public.
