10-  Advertised on Linkden and Twitter within 24 hr.

11-  Advertised on SusanJacobsTeam YouTube video submitted within 24 hr.

12-  Advertised via Prudential PenFed YouTube video site within 24 hr.
 
13-  A Blog about your home is written on Active Rain hyper local page

14-  A Blog about your home is submitted to Patch.com / Manassas & Manassas Park

15-  Your listing is advertised to over 130 other websites, including Homes.com & Realtor.com with visual tour.

16-  There are 200 “Just Listed” cards sent to the neighborhood and delivered within a week

17-  A Open House is scheduled and personal invitations are sent  to the neighborhood

19-  You get a call at least once a week (bare minimum and/or additional emails)

29-  You the seller, are always represent  (NO Dual Agency)

30-  You are assisted in  negotiate the best price and terms when presented with an offer

31-  Your agent never go out of town and depend on someone else to assist you.

32- A commit in writing from your agent stating what the steps are involved in marketing your home.

NO Realtor, can sell your home to a buyer who doesn’t want to buy it regardless of what they say. So the key is to find a full time Realtor who is in constant communication with you and has knowledge of the area your home is located.
