There are currently 1,203 homes actively available for sale in Prince William County— a slight increase over the last few months and a good thing for those serious home buyers. Manassas City has 78 homes for sale and Manassas Park has 22 homes.
Of the 1,303 homes for sale in Prince William County, Manassas City and Manassas Park only 60 are marked as foreclosures, less than one half a percent of the entire inventory. The number of short sales has decrease as well. Currently there are 131 properties marked as short sales or approximately 10 percent of the entire inventory.
All area's are showing an increase of average sale price month over month and a decrease of days on the market. Manassas City had the highest month over month increase in sold, and a year over year increase of 56.19%. The average list price to sold price is holding strong: It is now averaging from 97.7%-98.83%, up from months past.
