Wellness Class

This describes a March 9th class, which is an introduction to complementary and alternative medicine in "layman's language." It is being held at NOVA's Innovation Park location in Manassas.

Hello, People!

I am Nancy Wyatt, a certified practitioner of Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) modalities.  So, if you’ve ever wondered what the terms “holistic healing” or “CAM” mean, this  class offers some answers to ways of increasing your health.  (I'll be offering a class on affirmations, visualizations, and meditation very soon, too.)
