Pole Fitness teaches you how to lift your feet off the ground and spin around the pole. You also learn how to climb and go upside down on the pole. Pole fitness is truly a full body workout. This workout uses the entire body including the bicep, triceps, forearm, deltoids, trapeziums, latissimus dorsi, abdominals, oblique, quadriceps, abductors, adductors, calves, hamstrings and gluteus maximus. You use muscles in every part of your body that you have never used before.
Pole Fitness can improve the participant’s overall health if done on a regular basis. Each time you accomplish a move, you are inspired to do better, to push harder, and to achieve more tricks.
