Bristow Pilot in Eastern Shore Crash
No injuries reported in mid-afternoon crash on Virginia's Eastern Shore.

A Bristow pilot was involved in a plane crash on Virginia’s Eastern Shore on Tuesday afternoon, according to Virginia State Police.
Pilot, Ferris Crilly and his passenger were not injured in the crash.
At 3:02 p.m. Tuesday, Crilly was attempted to land a 1979 Piper Lance at the Accomack County Airport when a gust of wind blew the plane off the runway and across a grassy area, according to the VSP.

The plane hit a storage shed and light pole before catching on fire.
The FAA and NTSB were both notified of the crash. The crash is still
under investigation.
