Building Collapses in Manassas, No Injuries
More than a dozen residents in adjacent buildings evacuated, according to City of Manassas.

A building on Battle Street in downtown Manassas collapsed on Saturday night, according to city officials.
The building had a “substantial collapse” at about 9 p.m.

No injuries were reported because the building was unoccupied, but 14 residents from adjacent apartments were evacuated as a precaution.
Battle Street from the railroad tracks to Center Street was closed to traffic Sunday morning.
