Burglars Captured (By Home Surveillance And Police) In Nokesville
Two men are being held without bond after being caught on video surveillance stealing items from a garage Sunday in Nokesville: PWC Police.
NOKESVILLE, VA — Two men are being held without bond after being caught on video surveillance stealing items from a garage Sunday in the 14200 block of Ritter Road and later being found with guns and drugs, according to Prince William County Police. Ravindra Rajoo, 24, of the 18200 block of Lakeford Drive in Culpeper, was charged with burglary while armed, grand larceny, possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana. Michael Dennis Tapp, 37, of the 9400 block of Taphollow Lane in Catlett, was charged with burglary while armed, grand larceny and possession of cocaine.
Shortly before 12:15 a.m., police responded to the scene and the homeowner said two unknown men had been caught on video plundering an attached garage. Police found one of them in the area of Orlando Road and Keyser Road. The other, with the help of a K-9 unit, was found nearby. (For more local news, click here to sign up for real-time news alerts. All the stolen items were recovered.
