MBC Hypothermia Shelter Director Jay Sharpe gave False Police Reporting to obtain a criminal warrant and retaliate against a disabled Veteran. Currently being investigated of Malicious Prosecution and Discrimination. Complaints have been filed. The Director, Jay Sharpe hid his role as director by telling MCPD that a David Green oversees to Shelter and was on vacation so that he could retaliate, discriminated the veteran and refuse services to the veteran. David Green is the name of a formal employee that has a long criminal history who was once hired as a team lead. This is very concerning because the MBC Hypothermia Shelter program was funded $1.5 million dollars for 2026 to serve the community. The nature of the false police reporting upgrades the criminal acts to a felon by Virginia law.
