Cava Grill Opens Friday in Gainesville

GAINESVILLE, VA — Cava Grill will swing open its doors for the first time Friday at Virginia Gateway, 13959 Promenade Commons Street.

The restaurant chain, which already has several other locations in Northern Virginia, specializes in Greek foods and other assorted specialty edibles.

Or, as the website describes it: "Started by three childhood friends Ike Grigoropoulos, Chef Dimitri Moshovitis, and Ted Xenohristos, Cava Grill celebrates the flavors of their families’ traditional Greek and Mediterranean cooking in a casual modern setting."
