Check Cashing Business Robbed in Manassas: Police

Tripped alarm alerts Prince William County Police, who don't arrive in time to prevent the break-in last Friday.

MANASSAS, VA — Doors locked? Check. Alarm activated? Check. Cash secured? Check.

So it apparently went last Friday night at the, Super Check Cashing establishment in the 10200 block of Festival Lane, according to Prince William County Police.

Shortly after 10 p.m., police responded to the scene because of a tripped alarm.

When they arrived, no one was inside but an investigation found that forced entry had been made through a rear door.

And yes, an undisclosed amount of money had been stolen.
